Released just hours ago, Carly Rae Jepsen and Enrique Iglesias jump on Y2K & BBno$’s track and drop the ‘Lalala Remix.’

The original track, which was released in June, now includes one verse from Carly and a Spanish verse from Enrique.  In a statement made by Y2K, he says, “The ‘Lalala’ remix is truly wild to me.  We went from uploading a song online with no support, to having Carly Rae Jepsen and Enrique Iglesias come on and be a part of the remix. When we sat down to brainstorm features we never in a million years expected that two of the most iconic pop artists would be down to be on our record. I love this remix so much and I’m super stoked to share it.”

Bbno$ told Rolling Stone that the ‘Spanish Vibes’ part of his summer track were inspired by Cardi B’s ‘I Like It,’ “While [Y2K] was doing that [writing the guitar part], I was like ‘nah-nah, nah-nah-nah.  He turned around like, ‘Go record that.’”  And Y2K wants the fans to know, “A gentle reminder that Enrique Iglesias said, “Let’s give it a vibe!” on the lalala remix.”
