Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Filming Locations

If you’re looking for the perfect spot in the lower mainland for a Halloween photo shoot, this guide to the filming locations of Netflix’s “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” should help out.

Most of Sabrina’s fictional town of Greendale is recreated in Surrey’s Cloverdale. Many scenes are filmed inside and outside of “Cerebrus Books” filmed at 5657 176 Street in downtown Cloverdale.

This location used to be Dann’s Electronics, but is now empty which makes filming/redecorating interior shots much easier.

Sabrina’s fictional high school “Baxter High” is unmistakably Vancouver. The school is actually Lord Strathcona Elementary School, and is considerably less creepy irl.

A funny note that the theatre scenes in the first episode were filmed in two separate locations. The exterior shots were filmed at a strip club in New Westminster called the Paramount Gentleman’s Club.
