A drunk fan who ran on the field at the B.C. Lions home opener on Saturday is consulting with lawyers about possible legal action after he allegedley suffered some head trauma during the incident.

The fan, who was in his underwear and a Lions jersey, decided to run across the field in the middle of the game and was knocked down by the Lions defensive back Marcell Young.

In a statement released Wednesday, Preszler Law Firm said the fan “suffered serious injuries, including a mild traumatic brain injury, as a result of being violently struck by BC Lions player Marcell Young.”

What do you think about this? Is it the streakers fault for putting himself in danger or the players fault? Let us know in the comments.
