Friends of mine over the weekend called me CRAZY for keeping eggs in the fridge instead of out in the open. Ummm..sorry what?! Apparently there are people who are cool with leaving eggs on the counter instead of refrigerating them for various reasons. Are you a Fridge or Counter egger? Which way do your eggs lay?
