Back To Reality - Mark from Big Brother Hangs Out!

What a wild season of Big Brother. Coming into the house (outside of winning) what topped your list of things to accomplish, and what did you tell yourself to avoid getting involved in at all costs?

I wanted to win the show. I wanted to win HOH. But the biggest thing I wanted was a powerful alliance or a showmance or just find a girl that I could grow close with that would have my back. A couple, whether it’s a showmance or not, it’s just stronger to have somebody you can fully trust. What I wanted to avoid was altercations and fighting and stating my opinion because that’s how people get upset and you get more attention on you. Being the biggest guy in the house, I already have attention on me.

Cody and Jessica. Matt and Raven. Josh and any given mirror. You and Elena. Quite a few showmances in the house this season. Elena awaits you in the jury house, and you two have a big decision to make helping pick the half million dollar winner. How’s that first conversation with her gonna go, and what can we expect in the future with you two a.k.a. #Marlena?

As far as me and Elena’s first conversation is going to be interesting because she hates Alex and I love Alex. Elena is somebody who has an opinion and she doesn’t change it, she’s a very strong minded individual so I don’t know how that conversation is going to go. I don’t know who she’s going to be rooting for because everyone kind of turned on her in the end. As far as me and her outside of the house, I’m crazy about her – I understood why she was going back and forth – but I just never met anybody like her and she was always there for me. So I hope things can continue outside of the house.

Anything can happen in this game and we know the drill with expect the unexpected. You tried to work Alex and Jason to help flip the house and take out Matt this week, and at the end of it all even though it wasn’t enough, those two still threw votes your way. If you’d stayed in the house and won HOH who would you have put on the block, and who would you have backdoored and why?

Christmas and Josh. I may have tried to backdoor Paul. If me and Paul could have started fresh and it would have been genuine then he would have been safe with me. But I was going after josh and Christmas for the simple fact because they went after me.

So many explosions in the house this season including you vs. Josh. Being around for most of the other spats (including Josh vs. Jess and Cody, Christmas vs. Jess, Paul vs. Cody, Elena vs. Josh) which did you secretly enjoy watching?

I mean I feel like I was involved in all of them. The only one I wasn’t involved was when they teamed up against Elena…the only reason I enjoyed that was because she could finally feel how I was feeling in the last couple weeks. You start an argument with someone and a bunch of people jump in and it’s ridiculous.

Being buddy-buddy with Cody ended up doing you in, and when he re-entered the house you must have sensed your side of the house was in trouble. What three things do you wanna ask Cody when you see him in jury?

I don’t blame him for what happened but the three things I’d ask him is if it was game or personal, that’s number one. That’s really the only thing that I care about. He’s said a lot of things about me behind my back, so I truthfully want to ask if it was game or personal. Oh and why he had the need to throw me and Elena under the bus and why he hated Josh so much.
