(VIDEO) Producer Jordan Went On The Dream Flight Of His Life In An Airshow Plane!

It happened! OMG!! My childhood dream came true!!!

Kevin and Sonia, the amazing people they are, surprised me with a once in a lifetime opportunity to fly in a plane at the Abbotsford International Airshow!

Once the morning show was over, I headed to Abbotsford to meet up with Geoff and his wife Lani! At 1pm I would be flying with Geoff Latter Airshows in his fully restored Nanchang CJ-6A from the Peoples’ Liberation Army Air Force.

BEST DAY EVER! #ChildhoodDream

I was ready to fly and I was SO excited!

We chatted for a bit, I got suited up, we ran through safety procedures, then we climbed into “Nancy.” Nancy is the name that was given to this Nanchang CJ-6A airplane. Geoff has been flying Nancy since 2012.

Once I got in the plane, reality was setting in… I was about to go up thousands of feet in the air and do all kinds of aerobatic maneuvers!

With a little bit of time to breath, we ran through the take-off checklist and we were off!

My heart was pounding in anticipation of the craziest plane ride of my life, but I was ready to give’er! #SmokeON #LetsDoThis

Life made!!!
