Three Hills Man Braves Tornado to Mow Lawn

Albertan’s are strange. One in Three Hills was photographed by his wife mowing the lawn, with a tornado not too far off.

I guess there were more important things then watching out for a tornado coming your way. But according to the man, Theunis Wessels, he was “keeping an eye on it.” Mowing your lawn near a tornado can freak out your daughter, who had to wake up her mom to get Wessels to come inside. The tornado near Three Hills, caused no injuries. It just downed some trees and took off a barn roof.
