If you have trouble committing to the gym, this might help! A gym in the UK is offering up napping classes for adults who don’t get enough sleep. Yup..Napercise. It’s a class where you pay to sleep in a room with a bunch of strangers for 45 minutes. (In your own bed…this isn’t a partner class.)
So how does this work? The class starts with some tension-releasing stretches and promises a solid 45 minutes of uninterrupted sleep at an ideal temperature for napping.
They provide almost everything, the bed, blanket and eye mask. Although it’s not listed anywhere, we’re certain there’s some sort of rule about sleeping in your birthday suit.
So what’s with this class? It’s meant to reinvigorate the mind and improve your mood. Plus, we’ve all heard the study that sleeping burns calories…sure, not as much as  45 minute cardio class, but we’ll take what we can get.
More on the class:

“The frantic, stress-inducing nature of modern life means that few of us seem to get enough sleep, and if you’re a parent, regularly getting your full 40 winks becomes even more of a luxury.

With this in mind, family fitness brand David Lloyd Clubs is launching ‘Napercise’ – a new type of wellbeing class for exhausted parents that consists of nothing but climbing into a bed and having a sleep.”
