This is a cleanse we’re on board with. There’s a book out called “The Taco Cleanse” and it’s exactly what it sounds like, eating nothing but tacos!!!

In the book, their version suggests having tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 30 days straight! You might be wondering, “Taco’s for BREAKFAST?!?!” Oh yeah, there’s a waffle taco version in the cookbook.

But before you go on this “Taco Cleanse” keep in mind, this cleanse doesn’t promote weight loss. According to this cleanse, it’s meant to erase all the toxins from the night before, help you sleep better and give you more energy.
