Everyone uses emoji’s slightly different, that’s why a company in the UK thinks it’s necessary that we have a way to translate these little glyphs into English.

If emoji’s are your favourite way to communicate, this is the perfect job for you.

The London-based company Today Translations thinks that exact profession should exist, and they’re calling the job “emoji translator,” as HelloGiggles reports. The CEO of Today Translations, Jurga Zilinskiene, told the BBC that the position was created “after a client asked the firm to translate a diary from English to emoji.”

If you’re interested in the job, there’s an application you need to fill out. It’s actually fun little brain teaser to test your skills, even if you don’t want to move to London any time soon. The test includes translating random emoji into phrases, then, taking famous quotes and translating them using what you think would be the appropriate symbol.
