It has been 1 year since Ed Sheeran signed off of social media, taking a break. Just before Christmas, both his Facebook profile and cover photos changed to blue. Nothing much has happened since… until now.

At the start of 2017, Ed Sheeran said goodbye to 2016, and hello to 2017 in the BEST WAY.

He took to Facebook with the video below and announced he is dropping new music THIS FRIDAY.

Ed has been sharing lyrics all week long through twitter and Instagram, and on Thursday he took to Instagram and shared two clips. Both featuring music in the background. Could one of these be the new music he plans on dropping tomorrow? Listen below and be the judge.
