Enough already with the Pumpkin Spice Latte!  As we usher in the Fall season, it’s time for a new Starbucks staple.

When you order the new Chile Mocha, you get “cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla (to) satisfy your sweet tooth while ancho and cayenne chile spices answer the call for something warmer…for those mornings that need an extra kick.”

The sprinkle topping, which goes on the whip cream involves some pretty interesting spices! The topping has ancho chili pepper, sea salt, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne, and sugar.

Starbucks did some market research to find that customers are more willing to embrace spicy foods. Just as they introduced the spicy chorizo, Monterey Jack, and egg breakfast sandwich to the menu, now comes the Chile Mocha.

Let us know what you think! Could this ever replace the beloved PSL?
