Once upon a time, in places like “Far far away” and “Neverland” mainly, animated movies were pure, and wholesome with a hint of danger that eventually dissipated making way for “Happily ever after” etc. Well F that noise! Sausage Party is about to ruin your childhood memories in the best ways possible. If you’re easily offended by lightweights like Beavis and Butthead, Family Guy or South Park, stay home, steer clear and very far away from this disgustingly amazing heavyweight champ of a movie that takes you to places you didn’t know exist (or would never admit to knowing about anyway).

If you take your kids to this movie you’re an idiot and family services should probably pay you a visit. It’s strictly for you and your dirty friends. No religion, racial stereotype, or sexual orientation is safe. Everyone gets the proverbial (and literal) sausage smack in this insanely creative masterpiece of a movie with an underlying message most may miss. Pay attention as you follow a sausage, a bun, and their buddies on the quest for absolute truth about life off the shelf. Starring the voices of some of the best comedic minds of our generation, Sausage Party delivers over and over again in one of the most cleverly penned movies of the year, and a theme song that very well may shake old Hollywood to its core sending members to early graves if nominated for Best Original Song at The Oscars.

If you’re a fan of overly crude gross-out humour that goes above and beyond your wildest expectations, and you need to laugh like you haven’t laughed in years, do yourself a favour and see this movie. Then see it again. And again. And again.
