Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson just revealed that his signature sneaker designed in partnership with Under Armour will hit stores in early 2017.

The Rock was predictably pumping some iron in the ‘Wolf’s Den’ when he made the announcement via instagram:

EXCLUSIVE SNEAK PEAK: It's a good day in footwear. Big s/o to my boy @stephencurry30 for sending me pairs of the new #CurryLux's. Dope color ways in suede and leather. Droppin' Aug 13th! Aaaaand FINALLY.. what the world has been waiting for.. a lil' shoe we'll call #RocksFIYA for now, 'cause you'll chase your greatness in them by the only way we know how.. EARNING IT. Been training in these beasts for a year now so by the time they drop to you at the top of 2017 – you'll know I've given my blood and sweat in them and kept it . And one more thing.. they're slightly aggressive. As alphas are. Blood, sweat and respect. First two we give, last one we earn. #CurryLux #RocksFIYA #GoodDayInFootwear #UnderArmour #BloodSweatAndRespect

Johnson said he has been training in the shoe for a year to perfect the fit.

The design has the words “Earn It” and “Blood, Sweat, and Respect” on each of the tongues. The main color of the shoe is black with a gold/yellow Rock logo on the back of it.

Speaking of ‘blood, sweat and respect,’ he’s currently wrapping filming on ‘Fast 8,’  the Fast and the Furious franchise’s latest saga. He posted a tirade against his ‘unprofessional’ costars last night on Facebook and instagram:

“This is my final week of shooting Fast & Furious 8. There’s no other franchise that gets my blood boiling more than this one,”

“An incredible hard-working crew. Universal Studios Entertainment has been great partners as well. My female co-stars are always amazing and I love ’em…”

“My male co-stars however are a different story. Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don’t. The ones that don’t are too chicken sh*t to do anything about it anyway. Candy a**es. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I’m not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling – you’re right.”

Bottom line is it'll play great for the movie and fits this Hobbs character that's embedded in my DNA extremely well. The producer in me is happy about this part. Final week on FAST 8 and I'll finish strong. #IcemanCometh #F8 #ZeroToleranceForCandyAsses

The Rock is known as a perpetual nice guy, so things must be pretty bad on set for him to complain. Could he be referring to Ludacris? Maybe Kurt Russell? I hear it’s most likely directed at franchise newcomer Scott Eastwood, as he seems the most ‘candy a**’ of the bunch.
