After a sold-out first week of MELODRAMA WORLD TOUR dates in the UK, it was announced that rap duo RUN THE JEWELS will join the tour’s much-awaited North American leg as direct support for LORDE.

The news arrives just after a hugely-successful launch, when Lorde played to sold-out crowds across the UK, including an audience of over 10,000 fans at London’s Alexandra Palace.  Described by The Guardian as, “the sort of gig whose gaps are filled with screamed adulation,” and hailed as, “entrancing from first to last,” by the Manchester Evening News, Lorde’s Melodrama World Tour has already garnered overwhelming praise from critics, with Birmingham Mail declaring it, “a show that feels like a genuine privilege,” and The Independent crowning the performance simply as, “a perfect live show.”

Currently, Lorde’s remix of “Homemade Dynamite (feat. Khalid, Post Malone & SZA)” is dominating streaming services. In only two weeks since its release, it has garnered over 25 million global streams and has entered Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.
