LISTEN: Sleep Training Is Draining!

My wife and I are sleep training our 10 month old baby boy Arlo and it's not for the weak of heart OMG! We're trying to get him used to sleeping in his crib so we hired a sleep consultant and it's for sure the hardest thing we've gone through as first time parents but there's a nightlight at the end of the dark hallway (see what I did there?) because we've heard it's a must and the little ones will sleep better after the get used to it.
