Kelly Clarkson has lost nearly 40 lbs on her new diet, which has everyone wondering what she’s doing.

The diet she has been following is called the ‘Lectin-Free Diet’. There are a lot of foods that contain Lectin, a plant protein, such as some grains, beans, nuts, fruit, and vegetables.

Some doctors think that Lectin is linked to health problems, like Clarkson’s thyroid issue. And while the diet seems to be working great for her, it’s not something you probably want to try out.

Many doctors say that the diet doesn’t have any benefits and there has been such little testing around it that it’s not something they would recommend.
