Today marks the one-year anniversary of Prince’s passing. Deservedly one of the most infamous pop stars of all time, Prince’s musical career spanned more than three decades. Throughout his time on Earth—we’re not convinced Prince wasn’t a celestial otherworldly being—the Purple One continuously astonished and confound the world with his creativity, style, talent, and penchant for the eccentric. Today, we break down The Artist’s life and times by the numbers.

18

Prince’s age when he scored his first record deal with Warner Bros.

12.8 Million
The amount of money  you can pay to purchase Prince’s massive Bridle Path home in Toronto. There are 10 bathrooms and you’d get to be neighbours with Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec. For that reason, we’re in!

61
The number of seconds Julia Roberts sang Prince’s “Kiss” in the bathtub before being very rudely interrupted by Richard Gere in Pretty Woman.
6
The number of years Prince was only known as this symbol.

39
The number of studio albums Prince released over the span of his career. That’s more than Katy Perry, Maroon 5, Britney Spears, Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez combined.

300 million
Prince’s reported net worth. That kinda dough can buy you a lot of third-eye sunglasses.

0
The amount of patience Prince has for someone he invites onstage during a show at Madison Square Garden and then doesn’t dance. That’s right, we’re talking to you, Kim Kardashian.

8:41
The length of Prince’s iconic song, “Purple Rain.” Coincidentally, it’s also the perfect amount of time to make out with a new crush to see if they’re worthy.

2
The number of doves Prince had. They’re named Majesty and Divinity and they have a singing credit on Prince’s 2002 album One Nite Alone. That means two birds have more singing credits than you do.

7 million
The budget for Prince’s debut feature film, Purple Rain, which, fun fact, almost starred Jennifer Beals before she turned the role down to go to Yale. Did she make the right choice? Hard to say.

68 million
The amount of money Purple Rain ended up making. That’s what’s called a good investment, kids.

25
Dollars. To see Prince live. In 2011.

“One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven”
The lyrics to one of Prince’s greatest songs, “7”.

0
The number of people Prince followed on Instagram. Prince wasn’t here for your avocado toast shots and shirtless gym selfies, okay?

13

The number of alter egos Prince had, according to his own Wikipedia, Princepedia. Among them were Camille, Eric Brazil, and Toro Toro. We can barely keep Beyoncé and Sasha Fierce straight.

24
The number of weeks “Purple Rain” spent at #1 on the Billboard charts.

9
The number of songs Prince wrote for the Batman soundtrack 1989. Please don’t tell you that Prince wrote an absolute banger called “Batdance,” because he did, and it’s still amazing.

25
The number of Prince’s muses—that we know about. This illustrious crew includes Carmen Electra, Misty Copeland, Kim Basinger and… Kristin Scott Thomas. The man had range in more ways than one.

3/14
The season and episode numbers of Prince’s New Girl guest-spot. He was apparently a huge fan of the show and asked Zooey Deschanel to be on it. Maybe we should add “The Adorkable One” to his list of nicknames?

Infinity
The amount we miss Prince, and treasure him for bringing our lives so much joy. RIP, Purple One.
